My role is to be your guide, mentor, and reliable partner — helping you navigate life’s transitions with courage and awareness. Our work together creates space for deep insight and genuine transformation, supported by warmth and clarity. Whether you’re facing personal change, leadership challenges, or professional transitions, I help you reconnect with your truth and integrate the changes that matter most — for yourself, your team, and your world.
Blending neuroscience, psychology, and ancient wisdom
My academic roots in physics, engineering, and psychology have shaped my eye for cause-and-effect and my ability to analyse and explain complex systems. I combine scientific approaches — particularly from neuroscience, quantum physics, management, and psychology — with impulses from diverse wisdom traditions, including Eastern philosophies.
In addition, I am a body–mind and energy coach as well as a yoga teacher, which enables me to work holistically across the mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, and energetic levels. This unique blend shapes my methods and helps my clients discover the right entry point for their personal journey of growth and transformation.

About me
The colibri and the jaguar symbolize the two forces that shape my life and work — compassion and courage.
Curiosity and care have guided me through three academic fields and leadership roles across technology-driven industries. Working with entrepreneurs and changemakers around the world, I’ve learned to see beneath the surface — to recognize the truths and patterns that others often miss.
Having moved through my own fires of transformation, I bring both clarity and strength — the jaguar’s determination — balanced by the colibri's warmth and grace. Together, these qualities form the foundation of my coaching: strong, grounded, and deeply human.
