Working with me you will benefit from my more than 10 years work experience with entrepreneurs, in strategic consulting, executive coaching, teaching and training from my self-employed work and from previous positions.
I have supported more than 50 entrepreneurs and leaders intensely in topics like: restructuring of R&D departments, M&A process, business succession, major strategic decisions, establishment of leadership structures, designing and implementing major organisational changes, leading with more calm and clarity, aligning personal goals with professional roles, gaining new perspectives during transition times.
As a lecturer and coach, I teach future entrepreneurs decisive entrepreneurial skills and support them in their personal development.
