Blending neuroscience, psychology, and ancient wisdom
My academic roots in physics, engineering, and psychology have shaped my eye for cause-and-effect and my ability to analyse and explain complex systems. I combine scientific approaches, particularly from neuroscience, quantum physics, management, and psychology, with impulses from diverse wisdom traditions, including Eastern philosophies.
As a certified body–mind coach, energy coach and yoga teacher, I work holistically across the mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, and energetic levels. This unique blend shapes my methods and helps my clients with the right entry point for their personal journey of growth and transformation.

Who I am
The colibri and the jaguar symbolize two major forces that shape my life and work — compassion and courage.
Working with entrepreneurs and changemakers around the world has taught me to see beneath the surface, to notice truths and patterns that often go unseen. Curiosity and care for human concerns have led me across three academic disciplines and into leadership roles in the automotive industry.
I’ve always carried a deep sense of compassion for people and the world — a gentleness that guides how I show up. I see it as my responsibility to offer warmth, hope, and a steady presence. The colibri symbolizes this spirit: love, adaptability, and connection, even in times of uncertainty.
Having moved through my own fires of transformation, I bring courage, strength, and clarity — the jaguar’s determination — creating a balance with the colibri's warmth and grace. Together, these qualities form the foundation of my work: powerful, grounded, and supportive.

Exploring deeper truths: teaching, podcasts, speaking
I am a lecturer at the HSH, Hochschule Hannover / HSH Akademie where I teach the module ‘Entrepreneurial Personality’ in the ‘Small and Medium-Sized Business Management in Entrepreneurship (MBA)’ program.
Being invited to speak in podcasts or on stage is a joy and an honour. I speak about deeper insights explored in my work.
